The mentioned error code means: U0140 Lost Communication With Body Control Module.
So the communication between PCM und BCM has a malfunction.
First, I would check the wiring, harness etc. It could be a corrored or damaged cable. Also it could be a defective fuse.
Okay, but that doesn't really fit to your keyless problem …
Do you have checked the battery of the key?
